Firstly our HR department will peruse the hundreds of qualified applicants we have on file, if a suitable applicant cannot be found we will advertise and reach out to our network to fill your role. HR will create a shortlist of suitable applicants they will endorse to your client success manager. The client success manager will then liaise between you and the applicants to arrange interview times. Once an applicant has been approved your client success manager will guide you through the on boarding process.
What if you don’t find a suitable candidate for me?
If our specialist team of recruitment officers are unable to find suitable applicants for you then we will issue a full refund of all advance payments.
How long will it take for you to hire someone for me?
Depending on the complexity and skill set required it generally takes us two to three weeks to place talented staff.
Can I conduct the interviews myself?
Yes you can, in fact we recommend it. Your Client success manager will schedule interviews that fit with your time availability.
How do you ensure the employees will be competent?
We conduct a series of competency tests before we endorse applicants to you. We also require references and rigorously follow them up.
Is there a minimum contract term or hiring period?
No. There is simply a two week notice period for ending the agreement.
What working schedules are available?
We offer fulltime and part time schedules. All time zones can be catered for.
Can I have employees replaced if it’s not working out? How can I terminate an employee?
Simply inform your Client success manager and give the required two weeks’ notice. (two weeks’ notice not required if contractor has worked less than two weeks.)
Can I pay commissions or bonuses’ to my employees?
Yes you can, simply tell your client success manager and they will have it added to your invoice.
What is included in the hourly rate quoted?
Everything required for your staff to work except VOIP (voice over internet phone calls). Your contractor will have their own powerful PC, quality headset and home office space. The hourly rate also includes Offshore Solutions service fee.
Will I be required to pay holiday pay?
No, it is entirely at your discretion. All of the people we hire for you will be independent contractors.
